If you book your cruise through a cashback website such as Quidco or TopCashBack, you’ll get some money back.
It seems hard to believe, but it works.
Here’s a short video showing what happened when we did it…
The link to the PDF guide that I mention in the video is howtocruise.co.uk/cashback. The PDF is a few years old now, but it’ll still give you a good idea of how cashback sites work.
It’s worth noting that on a subsequent cruise, we were able to book directly with the cruise company through Quidco, and we received around 5% cashback from what we paid for the cruise.
Yes, that’s quite a healthy effective cost saving.
If you’re interested, here’s a link to Quidco.
And here’s a link to TopCashBack.
Just to let you know that they’re our refer-a-friend links – which means that if you join Quidco or TopCashBack and start to use their services, they’ll reward us with a few pounds (it varies, but it’s usually around a fiver) – which helps towards the running of this website but doesn’t cost you any extra. Happy days!
It’s probably best to take a look at each of them and then decide which suits you best. Or if you can’t decide, why not join both!
